Máy nghiền đĩa tương tự như các máy nghiền được sử dụng trong sản xuất. Thiết bị lý tưởng để có được trạng thái thực tế của bột giấy sử dụng trong sản xuất giấy. Đĩa nghiền hình tròn với các dạng và chiều cao răng khác nhau. Chúng ta có thể điều chỉnh khoảng cách giữa các đĩa, điều này sẽ cho phép làm việc với khối lượng bột giấy rất lớn.

Bột Giấy

Máy nghiền đĩa cho bột giấy trong điều kiện quy trình MP.
Nồng độ bột giấy từ: 2-5%.
Đường kính đĩa: 200mm - 8 inch.
Tốc độ: 1800 vòng/phút.
Bể thép không gỉ 45L (các dung tích khác có thể yêu cầu).
Buồng đĩa và giá đỡ thép không gỉ.
Bộ dụng cụ nghiền 3 đĩa (để xác định theo thứ tự).
Hộp điện, đồng hồ đo ampe khởi động và dừng, và đồng hồ hẹn giờ.
Điều chỉnh khe hở đĩa 0.01mm.
Thân và đế máy nghiền bằng thép nốt.
Hệ thống tuần hoàn bột giấy.
Khuấy bột giấy nội bộ (tùy chọn).
Dễ dàng vệ sinh.
Kết nối nước trực tiếp vào đĩa để đổ đầy và làm sạch.
Chứng nhận CE.
