Máy nghiền trong phòng thí nghiệm loại Dutch Pile truyền thống. Được sử dụng để nghiền một lượng lớn bột giấy/pulp 360 gram. Hệ thống nghiền chậm, nhưng đồng thời cho phép có một lượng bột giấy lớn để thực hiện các phép đo về độ nghiền và tạo tấm trong phòng thí nghiệm. Bằng cách này, có thể vẽ ra các đường cong nghiền khác nhau thông qua việc phân loại bột giấy.

Bột Giấy

Bể nghiền và cấu trúc được làm hoàn toàn bằng thép không gỉ.
Độ tái lập tốt của áp lực nghiền, có thể điều chỉnh bằng trọng lượng.
Thể tích bể 35 lít. Tốc độ cuộn nghiền: 500 vòng/phút.
Cho phép tính toán công suất sử dụng để đạt được độ nghiền mong muốn.
Dung lượng mẫu tối đa 360 g.
Thử nghiệm kiểm tra màu sắc và độ phủ.
Bảng điều khiển bao gồm:

Đồng hồ đo ampe kỹ thuật số, giúp theo dõi sự thay đổi của mức tiêu thụ điện trong suốt quá trình nghiền do các loại bột giấy khác nhau, nồng độ khác nhau và/hoặc áp lực khác nhau tác động lên lõi nghiền.
Đồng hồ hẹn giờ/nhiệt kế: tự động ngắt kết nối và cảnh báo khi kết thúc thử nghiệm.
Nắp an toàn theo tiêu chuẩn CE.
