Đầu dò mẫu trượt trên một thanh ray cố định trên 2 trụ (tùy theo chiều dài). Nó trượt bằng một cơ cấu truyền động dọc, một cơ cấu truyền động xoay và một động cơ giảm tốc lên/xuống. Tất cả đều được điều khiển bằng bộ điều khiển tần số biến đổi để tăng mô-men xoắn, đồng thời hỗ trợ phát hiện đáy xe kéo và điều chỉnh lực xuyên của đầu dò. Để có được mẫu đại diện tối ưu, đầu dò được thiết kế hai lớp để lấy mẫu lõi hiệu quả theo khái niệm ống đôi với luồng khí. Mẫu được vận chuyển bằng ống chống tĩnh điện và đạt tiêu chuẩn thực phẩm đường kính 50mm. Tuabin hút chân không và hộp điện được đặt ở một trụ hoặc tại phòng thí nghiệm.

Overall conception to match the ISO 24333 standard for grain sampling, our best seller Cobra covers the entire area on a heavy duty & long trailer.

The sample probe head is sliding on a rail fixed on 2 pilars (according to length). It slides with a longitudinal drive, a swivel drive and an up/down gearmotors. They are all controlled with variable frequency drivers for torque boost, but also in order to help trailer bottom detection and adjust penetration force of the probe. For an optimal sample representativity, the probe is twin-walled for an effective core sampling in a bitube concept with airflow. The sample is conveyed with 50mm diameter anti-static & food grade hosing. The vacuum turbine and the electrical enclosure are located either at one pilar or at the laboratory.
Cobra allows flexibility & rapidity and can be fully automatized. We have unique "à la carte" solutions for the location of the sampler & constrains, but also on the the reception variables. Our "Bureau d'Etudes" works for that purpose to fine tune our standard into tailor-made solutions.

The main variable is the length of the sliding rail to fit sampling zones requirements :

• Cobra 4012, 4016, 4020, 4024 with a 12 or 16 or 20 or 24 meters sliding rail. Could be even more upon request

• Standard or Premium version : Standard has an up/down gearmotor 1,1 kW and warranty 1 year, but Premium has an up/down gearmotor 1,5 kW and enhanced warranty 2 years

• it has options, according to distance for a 2.2 or 4.3 kW turbine, 50 mm diameter hose, at the mast or at the lab.

• it also has automation option upon request, such as 1 to 15 sampling poitns an back to parking, double deck sampling (both sides), etc...

• it comes with standard reception with collection of the sample with a Cyclofiter and acessories.
