PN-BBTF Ball Burst Tester là một loại máy kiểm tra độ bể vỡ của giấy tissue mới được phát triển dựa trên tiêu chuẩn quốc gia GB/T 24328.7 và ISO 126259. Máy này được thiết kế đặc biệt để kiểm tra độ bể vỡ của các sản phẩm giấy tissue, bao gồm giấy vệ sinh, khăn giấy nhà bếp, khăn tay giấy, giấy ăn, khăn lau và các sản phẩm giấy tissue khác. Sử dụng bộ chuyển đổi AD 24-bit độ chính xác cao (độ phân giải lên tới 1/10000000) và cảm biến lực chính xác cao, đảm bảo tốc độ và độ chính xác trong thu thập dữ liệu lực của thiết bị.
Trong quá trình kiểm tra, giá trị lực và đồ thị biến dạng được hiển thị theo thời gian thực, kết quả kiểm tra được hiển thị trên màn hình sau khi hoàn thành kiểm tra.
Chức năng thống kê, hiển thị giá trị trung bình, giá trị lớn nhất, nhỏ nhất, chỉ số bể vỡ, độ lệch chuẩn và hệ số biến thiên.
