Máy thử nghiệm Bayerteq RCP S4
Động cơ đặc biệt đảm bảo độ ổn định, chính xác và có 3 tốc độ có thể chọn là 10,0, 15,0 và 20,0 mét mỗi giây, hoặc tốc độ cài đặt với các khoảng cách 0,5 m/s từ 5 m/s đến 15 m/s. Tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn ISO 13477.

Phân tích nứt trên ống và đánh giá tuổi thọ ống cung cấp cơ sở lý thuyết cho sự an toàn và tuổi thọ lâu dài của các ống nhựa nhiệt dẻo. Thử nghiệm S4 là phương pháp khoa học được sử dụng để đánh giá hiệu suất RCP của các ống nhựa nhiệt dẻo.

Khoang điều kiện RCP

Khoang điều kiện Bayerteq được trang bị cửa tự động giúp tiết kiệm thời gian cho mẫu thử vào và ra khỏi khoang; cửa là cửa khí nén.

Khoang có hiệu suất cao, đảm bảo nhiệt độ đạt đến -30 độ C trong vòng 10 phút.

Nhiệt độ được kiểm soát và điều chỉnh tự động.

Các ray truyền mẫu độc lập được trang bị hệ thống niêm phong đặc biệt, giúp tránh hiện tượng đóng băng giữa các mẫu.
