Dòng HPM – 2B của Bayerteq được thiết kế để xác định khả năng chống lại áp suất nội bộ của các ống nhựa nhiệt dẻo và thử nghiệm nổ thủy lực trong thời gian ngắn dưới áp suất nước nội bộ không đổi ở nhiệt độ ổn định. Thiết bị này áp dụng cho các ống nhựa nhiệt dẻo dùng để dẫn chất lỏng và được thiết kế theo các tiêu chuẩn ISO 1167, ASTM D 1598, ASTM D 1599 hoặc các tiêu chuẩn tương đương.

Hệ thống áp suất Bayerteq bao gồm Tủ Điều Khiển Áp Suất và một đơn vị bơm riêng biệt. Tủ Điều Khiển có thể mở rộng lên tối đa 30 hoặc 40 trạm áp suất riêng biệt và được trang bị hệ thống điều khiển Siemens IPC / Controller & HTMI. Tủ Điều Khiển còn bao gồm bộ truyền tín hiệu áp suất từ Danfoss, hệ thống van và các bộ tích tụ được phát triển bởi đội ngũ nghiên cứu và phát triển (R&D) của chúng tôi.

Đơn vị bơm đặc biệt này cung cấp một bơm Danfoss / AR có lưu lượng 15 lít/phút ở áp suất định mức, bộ lọc 10mu, van giảm áp và bộ tích tụ.

Tất cả các đường ống trong hệ thống của chúng tôi đều được làm từ thép không gỉ AISI 304.

Mức áp suất tối đa cho dòng HPM – 2B là 100 hoặc 160 bar; đối với các mức áp suất cao hơn, chúng tôi đã phát triển dòng HPM – XP, với các tủ áp suất có thể đạt 200, 400 và 600 bar.

Các tủ áp suất có thể được vận hành từ cả màn hình HTMI SIEMENS và từ máy tính địa phương. Tủ Điều Khiển có thẻ nhớ tích hợp 1 THz và có thể kết nối với LAN để lưu trữ tất cả dữ liệu trên máy tính và/hoặc máy chủ của bạn, đồng thời cho phép chúng tôi truy cập từ văn phòng để cập nhật phần mềm và giám sát theo yêu cầu của bạn.

Phần mềm Bayerteq được cài đặt trên máy tính là phần mềm phát triển nội bộ và cung cấp tất cả các tính năng cần thiết để lưu trữ và phân tích dữ liệu; giao diện người dùng thân thiện, hỗ trợ nhiều ngôn ngữ dành cho các người dùng khác nhau. Theo yêu cầu, chúng tôi có thể cung cấp máy tính với phần mềm Bayerteq đã được cài đặt sẵn.

Mẫu thiết bị này được phát triển bằng công nghệ mới nhất, đảm bảo độ chính xác tối đa và dễ dàng vận hành.

Việc hiệu chuẩn và bảo trì có thể được thực hiện riêng biệt cho từng trạm mà không làm gián đoạn các thử nghiệm đang chạy.

Để kiểm tra áp suất cho các mẫu ống DN lớn như DN 1000mm và lớn hơn, chúng tôi đã phát triển dòng HPM-XV mới, với lưu lượng từ 20 lít/phút lên đến 100 lít/phút ở áp suất định mức, giúp đảm bảo quá trình nạp áp nhanh chóng cho các mẫu thử.
