Máy thử độ bám dính kỹ thuật số tự động BGD 500 / S là một thiết bị cầm tay, được sử dụng để đo lực cần thiết để kéo một đường kính thử nghiệm xác định của lớp phủ ra khỏi bề mặt bằng cách sử dụng áp suất thủy lực. Áp suất được hiển thị trên màn hình LCD kỹ thuật số và thể hiện độ bám dính của lớp phủ với chất nền.

Đặc Điểm :

  • Máy thử độ bám dính kỹ thuật số tự động BGD 500 / S là một thiết bị cầm tay, được sử dụng để đo lực cần thiết để kéo một đường kính thử nghiệm xác định của lớp phủ ra khỏi bề mặt bằng cách sử dụng áp suất thủy lực. Áp suất được hiển thị trên màn hình LCD kỹ thuật số và thể hiện độ bám dính của lớp phủ với chất nền.

  • Nó đánh giá độ bám dính (độ bền kéo ra) của lớp phủ bằng cách xác định lực kéo đứt lớn nhất mà lớp phủ có thể chịu trước khi tách ra. Các điểm đứt gãy, thể hiện bằng các bề mặt bị đứt gãy, xảy ra dọc theo mặt phẳng yếu nhất trong hệ thống bao gồm đầu hút, chất kết dính, các lớp phủ và chất nền.

  • Thính thuận tiện :

  • Máy cầm tay thuận tiện có thể cầm sử dụng ở bất cứ nơi đâu

  • Máy tích hợp pin Lithium có thể sạc lại nhiều lần 

  • Có thể thây đổi 4 đầu hút ( đầu nhổ ) để thay đổi phạm vi thử nghiệm 

  • Mà hình LCD hiển thị ngay kết quả trên màn hình

  • Trang bị bơm thủy lực được điều khiển điện tử tự động áp dụng áp suất kéo ra liên tục và trơn tru. Giảm đáng kể  lực của người dùng và rủi ro ảnh hưởng đến quá trình kéo.

Kích thước bộ mút  20 mm( tiêu chuẩn ) có thể tùy chon 10 , 14 , 50 mm

Độ phân giải : 0,01Mpa (1Psi)

Độ chính xác :  ± 1% toàn thang đo

Áp suất  với từng đầu mút ( đột)

  • Φ 10mm dolly → 2,8-80MPa 

  • Φ14mm dolly → 1,4-40MPa                                     

  • Φ20mm dolly → 0.7-20MPa 

  • Φ50mm dolly → 0.4-3.5MPa 

Phạm vi cài đặt tốc độ pull-off ：

  • Φ 10mm dolly → 0,4-6MPa /s

  • Φ14mm dolly → 0,2-3MPa/s                                     

  • Φ20mm dolly → 0,1-1,5MPa/s 

  • Φ50mm dolly → 0,02-0,24MPa 

Nguồn điện ： Pin lithium có thể sạc lại tích hợp và bộ chuyển đổi sạc cấu hình tiêu chuẩn.
