GIỚI THIỆU : Máy kiểm tra độ bền xé Elmendorf được thiết kế để kiểm tra độ bền xé rách của màng nhựa, tấm nhựa, màng PVC, PVDC dẻo, màng phim cản nước, vật liệu dệt, polypropylene, polyester, giấy, bìa cứng, vải không dệt.
TÍNH NĂNG
- Điều khiển bằng máy tính với bộ phận đo điện tử tự động, thuận tiện để vận hành.
- Kẹp mẫu bằng khí nén và tự động thả quả lắc, tránh sai số cho hệ thống.
- Hệ thống điều chỉnh ngang hỗ trợ bằng máy tính, duy trì trạng thái tối ưu của thiết bị.
- Quả lắc với nhiều trọng lượng khác nhau.
- Phần mềm chuyên dụng xuất kết quả với nhiều đơn vị đo khác nhau.
- Cổng RS232 thuận tiện để truyền dữ liệu ra bên ngoài và giao tiếp
- Hỗ trợ Hệ thống chia sẻ dữ liệu LystemTM để quản lý kết quả thí nghiệm, báo cáo theo hệ thống và đồng nhất.

Bao Bì Nhựa

1/ NGUYÊN LÝ ĐO:
- Nâng con lắc lên một độ cao nhất định để nó có thế năng ban đầu. Con lắc sẽ làm rách mẫu khi đung đưa xuống.
- Máy tính tính toán năng lượng giảm đi do lực xé, từ đó thu được năng lượng cần thiết để xé rách mẫu.
