Máy thử va đập Bayerteq đi kèm với các tính năng an toàn, ngừng hoạt động của máy khi cửa đang mở và được trang bị hệ thống điều khiển thả búa bằng hai tay. Thiết bị được thiết kế theo tiêu chuẩn 89/392 EEC.

Máy kiểm tra va đập với tải trọng rơi Bayerteq được phát triển để thực hiện kiểm tra khả năng chống va đập ngoại vi theo cả phương pháp từng bậc và phương pháp liên tục, theo các tiêu chuẩn ISO 3127, EN 744, EN 1411, ASTM D 2444 và các tiêu chuẩn tương đương.

Với máy thử va đập này, các trọng lượng rơi được nâng lên đỉnh tháp bằng động cơ servo. Dòng BT FWS có 3 kích thước khác nhau: lên đến DN 630 mm, lên đến DN 1400 mm và lên đến DN 2000 mm. Chiều cao rơi có thể được cài đặt từ 50 mm đến 2000 mm, với hệ thống chống nẩy giúp ngăn trọng lượng rơi bật lại mẫu ống. Chiều cao rơi có thể được hiệu chuẩn tự động. Theo yêu cầu, chúng tôi cũng có thể cung cấp chiều cao rơi 3000 mm và 4000 mm.
