1. Giới thiệu chung (Product Introduction)

Công nghệ dẫn đầu: Sử dụng công nghệ giao thoa kế (interferometer) đã được cấp bằng sáng chế, giúp tăng khả năng chống nhiễu, đảm bảo độ ổn định và giảm tần suất lỗi.

2. Ưu điểm nổi bật (Key Advantages)

- Công nghệ 2D Scanning – Đo chính xác trên toàn bộ bề mặt mẫu

Khác với phương pháp quét 1 điểm truyền thống (1D scan), công nghệ 2D Scanning thực hiện quét tại nhiều vị trí trên bề mặt mẫu, giúp phản ánh tốt hơn độ không đồng nhất của mẫu. Nhờ đó, kết quả phân tích FT-NIR có độ chính xác, độ lặp lại và tính đại diện cao hơn.

Với diện tích đo lớn lên đến 3300 mm², hệ thống phù hợp cho cả mẫu rắn và mẫu lỏng trong nhiều ứng dụng phân tích khác nhau

- Dải phổ rộng (833-2597 nm): Phân tích nhanh chóng, phát hiện đồng thời nhiều thông số thành phần trong vòng chưa đầy một phút.

- Công nghệ phản xạ khuếch tán: Tích hợp quả cầu tích phân với bàn mẫu có thể xoay và dịch chuyển, mở rộng diện tích lấy mẫu để đảm bảo tính đại diện và khả năng lặp lại của dữ liệu phổ.

- Chuẩn hóa tự động: Vật liệu tham chiếu độc đáo tích hợp sẵn giúp tự động hiệu chuẩn và giám sát bước sóng, đảm bảo kết quả đo luôn ổn định.

- Phần mềm thân thiện: Giao diện người dùng dễ sử dụng, tích hợp đầy đủ từ điều khiển thiết bị, xử lý dữ liệu đến xây dựng mô hình định lượng chuyên nghiệp.

3. Ứng dụng tiêu cực theo ngành (Applications)

Nông nghiệp: Phân tích độ ẩm, protein, chất béo, tinh bột... trong ngũ cốc, hạt có dầu, thức ăn chăn nuôi.
Ngành dầu cọ: Kiểm tra chỉ số FFA, độ ẩm, DOBI, IV trong dầu cọ thô (CPO) và các loại dầu tinh luyện.
Quản lý đồn điền: Phân tích phân bón (NPK, Ca, Mg) và sức khỏe cây trồng qua lá/thân.
Công nghiệp thực phẩm: Kiểm tra sản phẩm sữa, thịt, đồ uống và gia vị.
Dược phẩm & Vật liệu: Phân tích thành phần dược liệu, thuốc hóa học, polyme và vật liệu composite.
Hóa dầu: Đánh giá chỉ số octane, cetane, hàm lượng lưu huỳnh trong xăng dầu và dầu nhờn.
