Dược Phẩm

1/ Mô Tả Máy Rửa Chai Lọ Thủy Tinh Poseidon 1200:

- Chủ yếu được sử dụng trong các xưởng pha chế vô trùng, xưởng vắc-xin và xưởng sản xuất chế phẩm máu.

- Hệ thống điều khiển Siemens S7-1200 với màn hình cảm ứng màu 7 inch, bao gồm 10 quy trình chuẩn và 10 quy trình tự động. Chương trình làm sạch có thể được lập trình theo nhu cầu của người dùng và các thông số quy trình quan trọng khác như giai đoạn chu kỳ, nhiệt độ, liều lượng chất tẩy rửa, nguồn nước đầu vào. Khi một chu kỳ bắt đầu chạy, các giá trị tham số chu kỳ đã lập trình sẽ bị khóa và không thể thay đổi cho đến khi chu kỳ hoàn tất.

- Hệ thống điều khiển cũng bao gồm chế độ bảo dưỡng: bảo trì phòng ngừa, tìm và khắc phục sự cố, được trang bị chương trình chẩn đoán dịch vụ, có thể thực hiện phát hiện hệ thống và kiểm tra các bộ phận.

- AISI316L được sử dụng để sản xuất bơm nước tuần hoàn, vỏ bơm và cánh bơm được đánh bóng để đạt độ mịn Ra≤0.6μm, loại bỏ các tạp chất hóa học còn sót lại;

- Đường ống tuần hoàn được trang bị hệ thống giám sát áp suất, màn hình hiển thị áp suất phun rửa theo thời gian thực; Khi áp suất nước làm sạch bất thường, bơm tuần hoàn sẽ tạm dừng hoạt động.

- Cảm biến tốc độ quay của tay phun theo dõi trạng thái làm sạch theo thời gian thực trong toàn bộ quá trình. Nếu có bất thường trong quá trình làm sạch bằng vòi phun, máy sẽ ngừng hoạt động và chờ xác nhận.

- Hệ thống sấy bằng quạt nén và khí khô đi thẳng vào bên trong dụng cụ qua giỏ.
