Máy thử độ rơi loại khí nén được điều khiển bởi một xi lanh khí nén, điều khiển cấu trúc cánh đơn. Máy hoạt động yêu cầu không gian nhỏ và rất phù hợp để kiểm tra tác động của va đập đối với các sản phẩm đóng gói như thùng carton, vali, túi xách, thiết bị điện tử và các phụ kiện liên quan. Máy có khả năng mô phỏng tổn thương bao bì trong quá trình vận chuyển. Kết quả thử nghiệm sẽ làm cơ sở an toàn cho hàng hóa đóng gói trong quá trình vận chuyển hoặc làm cơ sở đánh giá an toàn cho các hàng hóa bị tác động va đập khi sử dụng.
