Máy tạo tờ giấy thủ công này được sử dụng cho các nghiên cứu và thí nghiệm tại các viện nghiên cứu sản xuất giấy và các nhà máy giấy.
Nó chuyển đổi bột giấy thành mẫu giấy, sau đó đặt mẫu giấy lên máy tách nước để sấy khô và tiến hành kiểm tra cường độ vật lý của mẫu giấy nhằm đánh giá hiệu suất của nguyên liệu bột giấy và các thông số quá trình nghiền. Các chỉ tiêu kỹ thuật của máy tuân theo tiêu chuẩn quốc tế và tiêu chuẩn của Trung Quốc đối với thiết bị kiểm tra vật lý trong ngành sản xuất giấy.
Máy này kết hợp các chức năng hút chân không và tạo hình, ép, sấy chân không thành một thiết bị, với điều khiển hoàn toàn bằng điện.

2. Tính Năng:

Máy kết hợp chức năng tạo tờ giấy và sấy chân không thành một thiết bị;
Tái sử dụng nước trắng;
Cung cấp bột giấy tự động;
Sử dụng khí nén để đều bột giấy, đồng thời có thể đều bột giấy bằng tay, nhanh chóng thoát nước;
Có phụ kiện để tạo mẫu giấy mỏng và dày;
Thiết bị phun nước để vệ sinh;
Bàn làm việc làm từ thép không gỉ (#304), được sơn phủ;
Thiết bị hút chân không và ép trong thân máy sấy, độ dày của tờ giấy có thể lên đến 10mm tối đa;
Máy bơm chân không không dầu, có thiết bị tự bảo vệ;
Cổng kết nối nguồn nước bên ngoài, dễ dàng vận hành chỉ cần kết nối với nguồn điện và nguồn nước, máy có thể hoạt động.
