Chức năng chính của máy này là kiểm tra sức bền vỡ của các vật liệu như giấy nền, giấy sóng, da, vải, da tổng hợp, v.v. Đây là loại máy tự động, có khả năng kẹp mẫu tự động, tính toán bù tự động và tự động dừng khi phát hiện điểm vỡ. Máy còn có cơ chế phát hiện áp suất màng cao su tự động khi không có mẫu thử, giúp giảm thiểu nguy cơ vỡ màng cao su do thao tác thủ công không đúng cách. Máy đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn và có thể tự động hiệu chỉnh màng cao su dựa trên điều kiện thủy lực, loại bỏ nhu cầu sử dụng giấy bạc nhôm định kỳ để hiệu chỉnh. Điều này đảm bảo việc hiển thị dữ liệu áp suất nhanh chóng và chính xác hơn, đồng thời giảm chi phí tiêu hao giấy bạc nhôm.
