Máy kiểm tra giãn nở ướt emco NDT mới cho giấy sử dụng nguyên lý đo động để xác định đường giãn nở ướt. Việc kiểm tra giãn nở ướt của giấy là quan trọng để đánh giá hành vi vật liệu trong quá trình sản xuất cũng như trong ứng dụng, chỉ khi sử dụng phương pháp đo động.

Việc đo giãn nở của mẫu giấy có thể được thực hiện trong các dung dịch thử nghiệm khác nhau. Kết hợp với việc ngâm và thời gian giãn nở, quá trình ứng dụng có thể được mô phỏng tối ưu.

Giãn nở của giấy do chất lỏng có nghĩa là sự phình ra của sợi giấy do sự hấp thụ chất lỏng. Do đó, sợi giấy sẽ giãn nở ít hơn theo phương máy (MD) so với phương chéo (CD). Kết quả tương đương thu được từ việc đo giãn nở ướt trong điều kiện khí hậu chuẩn (23 °C, 50 % độ ẩm) và trọng lượng đối trọng xác định (Fenchel, Mütek CD, Mütek MD).

Tính năng

  • Thu thập giá trị đo không tiếp xúc thông qua cảm biến laser, loại bỏ các ảnh hưởng ngoại vi như ma sát hoặc lực đối kháng của cảm biến.
  • Độ phân giải đo kỹ thuật số: 0.01%.
  • Thời gian thử nghiệm thay đổi từ 1 đến 900 giây.
  • Tự động hiệu chỉnh zero và bù trừ lỗi kẹp.
  • Hiển thị đồ họa quá trình đo.
  • Chuyển đổi giữa các tiêu chuẩn qua hướng dẫn menu.
  • Chuyển dữ liệu đo sang PC (báo cáo đo).
  • Công việc vận hành ít tốn công nhờ kẹp từ (dưới 30 giây).
  • Cảm biến khí hậu tích hợp.
  • Chuẩn bị mẫu với máy cắt mẫu điện emco MSS hoặc emco PZS (tùy chọn).
