Tính năng và lợi ích:

Hoạt động khí nén: Máy ép nhựa Ray-Ran hoạt động bằng khí nén với áp suất vào lên đến 10 bar (150 psi), giúp ép các vật liệu như polypropylene, polyethylene và PET với áp suất tiêm lên đến 450 bar (6500 psi).
Điều khiển nhiệt độ kỹ thuật số: Máy có khả năng điều khiển nhiệt độ chính xác, đạt nhiệt độ lên đến 400˚C để làm chảy polymer và ép vào khuôn. Nhiệt độ tối ưu hóa dòng chảy của polymer được duy trì với bộ điều nhiệt khuôn tối đa lên đến 200˚C để ngăn ngừa hiện tượng đóng băng.
Tiết kiệm thời gian và giảm lãng phí: Khuôn của máy có hệ thống nhanh chóng thay đổi, giúp bạn tiết kiệm thời gian và chi phí khi tạo mẫu từ các vật liệu khác nhau mà không cần phải thay đổi khuôn khuôn quá thường xuyên. Cơ chế nhả khuôn bằng cam giúp thay khuôn một cách nhanh chóng, dễ dàng.
Công cụ chuẩn quốc tế: Máy có thể được trang bị các khuôn chuẩn quốc tế từ ASTM, ISO, DIN, giúp tạo ra các mẫu nhựa như thanh kéo, tấm màu, hoặc thanh va đập. Nếu bạn cần các mẫu không thể tạo ra trong khuôn chuẩn, có thể yêu cầu khuôn đặc biệt.
Thay đổi màu và vật liệu nhanh chóng: Hệ thống thay đổi nhanh chóng các lõi xi lanh và khuôn của máy giúp bạn dễ dàng chuyển đổi giữa các màu sắc hoặc vật liệu khác nhau trong vài giây, giảm thời gian sản xuất và loại bỏ việc phải làm sạch khuôn.
