Máy kiểm tra hình nón (kiểm tra nứt/ bong) Biuged BGD 566 có thể áp dụng để xác định khả năng mở rộng của lớp sơn phủ trên các tấm kim loại được kẹp cố định và tạo thành quanh trục hình nón bằng cách quay khung con lăn. Các tấm được kiểm tra để đánh giá khả năng chống nứt và bong ra khỏi nền kim loại của bề mặt được phủ sơn ở điều kiện tiêu chuẩn. Nó tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn ASTM D 522,D1737,BS 3900E11 và ISO 6860.

Thiết bị này cho phép dễ dàng xác định trong một thao tác duy nhất lỗi lớp phủ ở đường kính xác định, trên một phần hoặc toàn bộ chiều dài trục gá.
