EZ DOSER (thiết kế ba trong một), hệ thống định lượng phòng thí nghiệm mới nhất, nguyên lý hoạt động của việc phân phối công thức dựa trên phép đo thể tích bằng cách sử dụng một ống nhỏ giọt robot tiên tiến, bên cạnh việc phân phối công thức, sản phẩm này còn tích hợp với hệ thống pha chế và khuấy dung dịch gốc, mỗi chức năng có thể hoạt động độc lập và chính xác. EZ DOSER là một thiết bị không thể thiếu trong phòng thí nghiệm nhuộm để tăng khả năng tái tạo của nhuộm số lượng lớn.
Dệt May

Chủ yếu hoàn chỉnh với các thành phần quan trọng sau:

1 bộ cân điện tử (độ chính xác 0,01 gam) có tấm chắn bắn nước để pha dung dịch gốc

1 bộ khuấy 6 vị trí tích hợp với bộ điều khiển tốc độ có thể điều chỉnh độc lập để pha dung dịch gốc

Bình chứa nước có hệ thống gia nhiệt (hệ thống nạp nước tự động 8 lít)

Các mẫu có sẵn:

ED- 40 (40 chai dung dịch)

ED- 80 (80 chai dung dịch)

ED-120 (120 chai dung dịch)

Mỗi chai dung dịch đều được trang bị một ống tiêm bằng thép không gỉ và một ống khuấy

(Không cần quy trình rửa, loại bỏ hoàn toàn nguy cơ nhiễm chéo thuốc nhuộm)

Cơ chế trục X-Y-Z rô bốt tiên tiến, được cung cấp năng lượng bởi 3 động cơ servo

Ống tiêm (ống tiêm) có dung tích 60ml, làm bằng thép không gỉ 316

Phân phối thể tích với độ chính xác ±0,01cc.

16 vị trí bình để pha chế công thức

Máy khuấy bình dung dịch tự động loại ngăn kéo, có điều khiển tốc độ

Được trang bị 1 bộ ổn áp điện áp tích hợp.
