ROBOT DOSER là hệ thống định lượng phòng thí nghiệm thiết kế không ống để có độ chính xác tối ưu trong quá trình chuẩn bị bể nhuộm.

Nguyên lý hoạt động dựa trên phép đo trọng lượng bằng cách sử dụng pipet robot và cân điện tử. Sau khi nhập công thức, pipet robot di chuyển đến dung dịch thuốc nhuộm/hóa chất và hút chất lỏng thuốc nhuộm/hóa chất cần thiết, sau đó tiêm vào các bình của máy nhuộm và cân trọng lượng bằng cân điện tử.

* Có sẵn các mẫu trong 80, 120, 160 chai và có hệ thống băng tải chứa tới 36 bình thuốc nhuộm.

* Cơ cấu trục X-Y-Z của robot, hoàn chỉnh với 3 động cơ servo

* Cân điện tử chính xác với khả năng đọc 0,01g

* Khay đựng thuốc nhuộm để phân phối công thức (chứa tới 6 bình thuốc nhuộm)

* Độ chính xác phân phối 0,02 gam

* Khuấy bình dung dịch tự động, có kiểm soát tốc độ

* Bộ phần mềm phân phối và quản lý hoàn chỉnh

* Cũng có sẵn để đo thể tích (theo yêu cầu).
