Principle:

Place the sample on the holder, adjust the position of the left and right grippers so that the test distance of specimen meets the standard requirements.Set number of test cycles, start the test, the reducer drives the middle of the folder to do reciprocating motion. The left and right sides of the holders are with 3kg load. When the middle gripper is reciprocating,the left and right specimen will separately have process of loading and unloading in a cycle. The proximity switch connected to the counter records the gripper motion cycle.The test stops when it reaches the set test cycles.The fatigue resistance of the material joint is characterized by the change of the joint at the seam.
