Máy kiểm tra mài mòn vải Gester GT-C15 được sử dụng để xác định khả năng chống mài mòn và mài mòn của vải được sử dụng trong quần áo, giày dép và công nghiệp. Được cung cấp với đầu mài mòn bề mặt (phương pháp màng bơm phồng, flex đầu mài mòn, thiết bị kiểm tra độ mài mòn sâu, thiết bị kiểm tra mài mòn phẳng (đóng băng) và đóng cọc cũng như trọng lượng cần thiết và nguồn cung cấp mài mòn ban đầu. Được trang bị bộ hẹn giờ tích hợp và bộ đếm chu kỳ cơ học.

Tính năng kỹ thuật thiết bị:

- Máy thử độ mòn này được trang bị bộ đếm vòng lặp và bộ đếm thời gian chính xác.

- Bộ đếm kỹ thuật số có thể ghi lại chỉ số chu kỳ khi mẫu bị vỡ, có thể đặt trước bộ đếm dừng trước khi mẫu bị vỡ. Mô hình đếm ngược cũng có thể được sử dụng để đếm chỉ số chu kỳ.

- Để đảm bảo độ chính xác của màng cao su khi thực hiện kiểm tra mài mòn bề mặt, máy này được trang bị hệ thống kiểm soát áp suất khí nén.
