Vải thử nghiệm được đệm bằng bộ đệm khí nén nằm ngang được giữ ở cả hai đầu bằng các thanh kẹp đặc biệt; giá đỡ mẫu hoàn chỉnh này được gắn trên các chuỗi chạy liên tục qua máy.

Đầu tiên, vải thử nghiệm được dẫn qua bộ gia nhiệt trước bằng hồng ngoại, sau đó là máy sấy trung gian và cuối cùng là vùng nhiệt kế. Sau khi thử nghiệm, vải thử nghiệm được tự động tháo ra khỏi các chuỗi mang và thả xuống hộp dự trữ.

* Kích thước vải thử nghiệm tối đa có thể áp dụng. Chiều rộng 23 x chiều dài 40cm

* Máy cán lót loại nằm ngang

* Con lăn lót có độ cứng 70 shore

* Chiều rộng con lăn 300mm, đường kính 125mm

* Máng thuốc nhuộm có dung tích khoảng 100cc x 4 chiếc loại chữ thập và quay.

* Cũng có sẵn cho chiều rộng làm việc 600mm (theo yêu cầu)
