Máy nhiệt luyện phòng thí nghiệm model PT-V là máy nhuộm liên tục phòng thí nghiệm loại vải Guide Cloth. Thích hợp cho vải chạy dài.

Nguyên lý cơ bản của máy nhiệt luyện phòng thí nghiệm model PT-V là có một máy thí nghiệm có cùng khả năng và đặc điểm như máy sản xuất ngoại trừ chiều rộng vật liệu nhỏ hơn.

Một chu kỳ Quy trình liên tục:

Cấp vải theo chiều rộng mở → Đệm thuốc nhuộm → Bộ gia nhiệt trước hồng ngoại → Máy sấy trung gian → Nhiệt luyện → tết theo chiều rộng mở.

* Ngoại trừ giá đỡ chính, tất cả đều làm bằng thép không gỉ.

* Sợi vải xuyên qua các con lăn trên và dưới trong khu vực sấy.

* Chiều rộng con lăn: có sẵn 300, 450, 600mm

* Máy gia nhiệt đệm loại nằm ngang loại khí nén bao gồm máng nhuộm dung tích 1000cc có hệ thống nạp thủ công được kết nối với bể dịch vụ bên ngoài

* 12 máy gia nhiệt bức xạ hồng ngoại có tấm phản xạ được sắp xếp thành hai hàng.

* Diện tích sấy hiệu quả của PT-V, được chia thành 2 khoang sấy trung gian và vùng nhiệt, Chiều dài vải 9.500 mm của mỗi khoang.

* Tốc độ lưu thông không khí trong khoang sấy được điều khiển thay đổi.

* Chiều cao máy chỉ 2200mm.
