OSCI COLOR là máy tiện lợi dùng để nhuộm mẫu ở nhiệt độ khí quyển, có thể thêm hóa chất trong quá trình thử nhuộm. Các hoạt động nhuộm ở nhiệt độ lên đến 80°C sử dụng nước để truyền nhiệt. Đối với nhiệt độ trên 80°C, Glycerin (polyethylene glycol) được sử dụng để truyền nhiệt.

OSCI COLOR phù hợp nhất cho các mục đích sau:

1. Nhuộm khí quyển

2. Đốt cháy (Polyester/Cotton) trong axit sunfuric ấm.

3. Thử nghiệm cố định và/hoặc xà phòng hóa.

4. Thử nghiệm cọ rửa và/hoặc tẩy trắng.

* Tất cả kết cấu bằng thép không gỉ

* Tối đa. nhiệt độ làm việc: 100℃

* Tỷ lệ dung dịch: khoảng 1:15 trở lên

* Loại bình nhuộm: bình nón 250cc

* Số lượng vị trí bình: 12 hoặc 24

* Nguồn nhiệt: Máy sưởi điện 4 hoặc 6KW

* Điều khiển tốc độ thay đổi trên dao động.
