IR DYER di chuyển nồi nhuộm theo vòng tròn với công nghệ gia nhiệt hồng ngoại tiên tiến giúp loại bỏ ô nhiễm glycol và tiêu thụ ít năng lượng. IR DYER phù hợp với mọi loại chất nền.

Góc nghiêng của nồi nhuộm so với đĩa quay được thiết kế và đĩa quay quay 360° Với các thay đổi hướng về phía trước và phía sau để có được sự lưu thông dung dịch nhuộm tốt, điều này lần lượt dẫn đến việc san phẳng và kết quả nhuộm tốt hơn.

Đọc nhiệt độ dung dịch nhuộm thực tế trong ống bằng đầu dò PT-100 chính xác và đảm bảo độ chính xác nhiệt độ cao nhất.

* Nhiệt độ làm việc tối đa: 140℃

* Tốc độ tăng nhiệt độ: 5℃/phút

* Nguồn nhiệt: Gia nhiệt hồng ngoại

* Hệ thống làm mát: Không khí tuần hoàn

* Thể tích nồi nhuộm: 150/300/500ml.

* Số lượng vị trí nồi: 12 hoặc 24

* Kiểm soát nhiệt độ: Bộ điều khiển LA2002B hoặc RAPID 2010
