Máy sấy nhanh 3 là lò sấy nhanh dùng cho các chu trình sấy vải chịu nhiệt độ ấm lên đến 100°C và để chuẩn bị vải cho các thử nghiệm trong phòng thí nghiệm hoặc quy trình nhuộm

Dệt May

Cấu trúc thân máy bao gồm một buồng sấy bên trong rộng 200 lít cho phép chứa nhiều tầng kệ khoan để đặt các mẫu vải. Các phụ kiện này được chia thành 3 kệ theo chiều cao như hình minh họa

Máy sấy nhanh 3 được trang bị bộ điều khiển PID có khả năng quản lý nhiệt độ sấy chính xác và ổn định cùng bộ hẹn giờ để xác định thời gian chu kỳ sấy khô vật liệu.

Một thiết bị an toàn kiểm soát nhiệt độ trong phòng để cảnh báo về việc vượt qua nhiệt độ bất thường cuối cùng cản trở hoạt động của hệ thống sưởi ấm và thông gió.

Hoạt động dừng của buồng cũng được quản lý bằng công tắc vi mô trong trường hợp người vận hành mở buồng trong khi chu kỳ đang chạy và tự động bắt đầu lại sau khi buồng đóng lại.
