Bed And Mattress Comprehensive Performance Tester GT-LA09

Product Introduction

Application:

This machine is the newest design bed and mattress comprehensive performance tester according to EN 1725 standard.

In general, the machine is configured with the following test functions:

Vertical impact test: allow impactor to fall freely from a height of 180mm onto the test unit.

Durability test: test simulating the repeated application of loads .The durability test is a procedure mainly intended to evaluate the change of the properties of the test unit caused by repeated loading.

Bed edge durability test: apply a force of 1000N for 5000 cycles by means of edge loading pad at the bed edge test point, then measure the height loss .

Vertical static load test: apply a vertical forces of 1400N for 10s downwards using the loading pad on the bed base.

Bed edge vertical static load test: using two loading pads apply two forces of 1200N for 1min on the centre line of the bed frame side member.（LA09B configures this feature）

Feature:

The whole machine frame made of high quality aluminum, beautiful.
This machine uses PLC to touch the screen control.
Motor is Japan's Panasonic servo motor, the power sensor is the United States Celtron.
The machine is equipped with an alarm device, indicating safe operation.
