LAB WASHER phòng thí nghiệm, chủ yếu là 4 bể là thiết kế chính, có thể được sử dụng trong hoạt động của một máy hoặc kết hợp máy cán, hút, hấp và nhuộm liên tục PS-J hoặc PS-JS.

tất cả thiết kế kết cấu thép không gỉ, mỗi bể rửa nước chủ yếu bao gồm:

*một bể rửa nước và một bộ điều nhiệt độc lập để cài đặt nhiệt độ nước.
*một bộ con lăn thẳng đứng, rộng 350mm, con lăn trên là NBR được làm bằng cao su và con lăn dưới được làm bằng thép không gỉ, được đẩy bằng khí nén.
*vải mẫu 0,5-5m/phút, điều khiển biến tần.
*hơi nước được làm nóng trực tiếp và được điều khiển bằng van điện từ.
*khả năng chứa vải trong bồn rửa 1-3m.
*nước, thoát nước, tràn, v.v. được điều khiển bằng van thủ công.
*được trang bị thiết bị phun nước để làm sạch thuốc nhuộm còn sót lại hoặc chất phụ trợ của cuộn và vải mẫu.
*được chỉ định riêng và cũng có thể được sản xuất.5-8bể giặt
*được chỉ định riêng, chiều rộng cuộn cũng có thể được sản xuất.600mm.
