Máy nấu bột giấy dùng thử nghiệm này được thiết kế mô phỏng theo nguyên lý hoạt động của nồi hơi, với phần thân nồi có chuyển động vòng cung, giúp bột giấy được trộn đều. Thiết bị này phù hợp với các phòng thí nghiệm sản xuất giấy để nấu các loại nguyên liệu sợi bằng axit hoặc kiềm. Tùy theo yêu cầu của quy trình, thiết bị có thể điều chỉnh kích thước để phục vụ cho việc phát triển quy trình nấu trong sản xuất. Ngoài ra, thiết bị còn có thể sử dụng để nấu các nguyên liệu lỏng khác có áp suất không quá 8 kg/cm². Bên cạnh chức năng nấu, máy tiêu hóa này còn có thể được sử dụng cho các thiết bị khác trong phòng thí nghiệm sử dụng hơi nóng.

Tính năng sản phẩm

Thân nồi và nguyên liệu lỏng có thể được trộn đều hoàn toàn nhờ vào chuyển động quay của nồi, giúp nhiệt độ và nồng độ dung dịch trong nồi đồng đều, chất lượng bột giấy đạt độ đồng nhất cao. Tỷ lệ dung dịch nhỏ và nồng độ cao giúp rút ngắn thời gian nấu.
Thân nồi được làm bằng thép không gỉ 316L, có khả năng chống ăn mòn tốt.
Động cơ giảm tốc trực tiếp điều khiển quay nồi, hoạt động ổn định và ít tiếng ồn.
Hệ thống điều khiển điện sử dụng động cơ không chổi than, thay thế chổi than giúp tránh các sự cố như tiếp xúc kém, sai số đo nhiệt độ và các lỗi nghiêm trọng trong điều khiển nhiệt độ và áp suất.
Vỏ máy sử dụng vật liệu cách nhiệt cao cấp, giúp vỏ máy có khả năng gia nhiệt nhanh và duy trì nhiệt độ thấp.
