XGT-9000 series là máy quang phổ huỳnh quang tia X micro cho phép phân tích nguyên tố không phá hủy các vật liệu. Có thể thực hiện phân tích đơn điểm, đa điểm và lập bản đồ trên cùng một thiết bị. Hiện tại series này gồm 3 model với dải phát hiện khác nhau: XGT-9000 Pro, XGT-9000 C và XGT-9000 Expert.
