1/ Giới thiệu về Máy đo tỷ trọng Densi-100,

- Thiết bị sử dụng phương pháp dịch chuyển khí (Gas displacement), với kết cấu nhỏ gọn, không cồng kềnh và các thao tác trở nên đơn giản hơn.

- Dịch chuyển khí (Gas displacement) là một trong những phương pháp đáng tin cậy nhất để đo tỷ trọng và thể tích biểu kiến. Phương pháp này sử dụng một chất khí để đo thể tích của mẫu. Khí được sử dụng là amoniac, không gây hỏng mẫu.

- Phương pháp này với ưu điểm chính xác hơn và có khả năng tái tạo hơn so với phương pháp Archimedes truyền thống. Năm 2014, Tổ chức Tiêu chuẩn ISO Quốc tế đã chính thức giới thiệu phương pháp thay thế thể tích khí để kiểm tra tỷ trọng thực.

- Densi-100 là thiết bị đo tỷ trọng thực, sự dịch chuyển khí hoàn toàn tự động, có thể đo thể tích nhanh chóng, chính xác và tự động tính toán tỷ trọng của các loại bột, khối bột và các vật liệu khác.

2/ Chức năng của máy đo tỷ trọng:

- Đo tỷ trọng thực các chất bột, đo tỷ trọng than hoạt tính, nhôm hoạt tính, silica gel,….

- Đo thể tích thực của các chất ở dạng bột.

- Xác định mật độ vật liệu chất rắn, độ xốp.

3/ Đặc tính của máy đo tỷ trọng, thể tích thực và độ xốp.

- Vùng Test: 0.0001 g / ml

- Sai số test: ± 0.02%

- Độ lập lại: ± 0.02%

- Hiệu quả test: 3 phút đo được một mẫu. Số lần lập lại test có thể tự động điều chỉnh.

- Khí test: Helium, Nitrogen.

- Loại mẫu test: các loại chất rắn dạng bột, hạt, khối và xốp.

- Kích thước máy: dài 380mm x rộng 280mm x cao 280 mm

- Khối lượng máy 10kg.
