3/ Đặc điểm:
- Cấu trúc cửa mở nhanh, khóa an toàn. Cấu trúc hợp lý, kín hơi tốt, vận hành thuận tiện, an toàn và đáng tin cậy, hiệu suất ổn định.

- Có ống dẫn khí nén để thuận tiện cho việc xử lý ngược áp suất bởi khách hàng. Điều này đảm bảo thực phẩm đóng hộp giữ nguyên hình dạng và hương vị ban đầu thông qua việc chống áp suất bằng khí nén.

- Vỏ nồi có lớp cách nhiệt, giúp giảm tiêu thụ năng lượng
- Hệ thống điều khiển ---- Màn hình cảm ứng + PLC tự động thực hiện toàn bộ quá trình hút khí, gia nhiệt, làm mát ngược áp suất và xả nước. Màn hình cảm ứng hiển thị để nhập các dữ liệu liên quan như nhiệt độ tiệt trùng, áp suất ngược, áp suất an toàn, thời gian tiệt trùng, v.v.
